“Atlantic Coast Pipeline, LLC has filed a lawsuit against the Nelson County Board of Supervisors because the Board of Zoning Appeals defended our Floodplain Ordinance and denied Dominion’s request to construct the ACP across 4 Nelson County wetlands. ACP has no Federal Permit to cross ANY waterbodies, much less sensitive wetlands. Given that 3 other critical Federal permits have been vacated by the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, they have no standing to even make such a request.”
