More evidence that Virginia House and Senate Republicans are completely pathetic and must be voted out of office this November? Try this: badly losing the argument, with their caucus in internal disarray and even open revolt, they just used their (very slim) majorities to ram through motions summarily adjourning the bodies until November 18 – after the November 5 elections. See below for some video of their cowardly, thuggish move.
P.S. As a smart Democratic friend of mine just put it to me: “They had no idea what they were doing, couldn’t agree on a strategy, let the extremists cow the moderates. This is why winning in Nov is an imperative; we can’t work with these people.”
