Sen. Creigh Deeds Statement on Video of “Independent” Opponent Removing Democratic Campaign Lit from Door

The following statement is from the Creigh Deeds for State Senate reelection campaign, regarding the video of his “Independent” opponent (Elliott Harding) taking Democratic campaign literature from a voter’s door and replacing it with his own literature. Note that “Independent” is in quotes because Harding has been a Republican politico for years, whether on the Albemarle County Republican Committee or as an aide to former Republican 5th District Rep. Tom Garrett.
