We have been incredibly patient with GSA Administrator Emily Murphy, but we can wait no longer. Her refusal to follow the law and begin the Biden-Harris transition is an active and existential threat to our democratic norms and institutions.
She owes Congress, and the American people, an explanation. We are demanding she provide one — by Monday.
