With the 11/2/21 election just under 7 weeks away – and with early voting starting this Friday – fundraising numbers from July 1 through August 31 are coming in (see VPAP). I’ll keep updating this post as more numbers are available…

GOVERNOR
Terry McAuliffe: $11.5 million raised; $12.6 million cash on hand
Glenn Youngkin: $15.7 million raised; $6.0 million cash on hand
Princess Blanding: $1,258 raised; $5,955 cash on hand

LT. GOVERNOR
Hala Ayala: $800,081 raised; $888,121 cash on hand
Winsome Sears: $630,192 raised; $325,626 cash on hand

ATTORNEY GENERAL
Mark Herring: $1,452,180 raised; $1,337,751 cash on hand
Jason Miyares: $707,203 raised; $1,038,094 cash on hand

Some key Virginia House of Delegates contests (per Chaz’s and Ben’s competitive ratings)

  • Del. Candi King (D-HD2): Raised $52,534, had $29,428 cash on hand (her Republican opponent, Gina Ciarcia, raised $27,884 and had $11,083 cash on hand).
  • Del. Wendy Gooditis (D-HD10): Raised $440k, had $274k cash on hand (her Republican opponent, Nick Clemente, raised $245k, had $304k cash on hand)
  • Del. Chris Hurst (D-HD12): Raised $315k, had $253k cash on hand (well ahead of his Republican opponent, Jason Ballard, who raised $129k and had $113k cash on hand)
  • Del. Danica Roem (D-HD13): Raised $139k and had $103k cash on hand (her Republican opponent, Christopher Stone, raised $6,884 and had $7,182 cash on hand)
  • Del. Kelly Fowler (D-HD21): Raised $169k, had $96k cash on hand (her Republican opponent, Tanya Gould, raised $45k and had $4,432 cash on hand)
  • Debra Gardner (D-HD27): Raised $221k, had $245k cash on hand (ahead of her Republican opponent, Del. Roxann Robinson, who raised $86k and had $133k cash on hand)
  • Del. Joshua Cole (D-HD28): Raised $317k, had $340k cash on hand (well ahead of his Republican opponent, Tara Durant, who raised $122k and had $74k cash on hand)
  • Del. Elizabeth Guzman (D-HD31): Raised $165k, had $162k cash on hand (her Republican opponent, Ben Baldwin, raised $60k and had $38 cash on hand)
  • Paul Siker (D-HD33): Raised $52k, had $93k cash on hand (ahead of his Republican opponent, Del. Dave LaRock, who raised $27k and had $61k cash on hand)
  • Del. Kathleen Murphy (D-HD34): Raised $61k, had $212k cash on hand (her Republican opponent, Gary Pan, raised $64k and had $95k cash on hand)
  • Del. Dan Helmer (D-HD40): Raised $277k, had $416k cash on hand (ahead of his Republican opponent, Harold Pyon, who raised $97k and had $200k cash on hand)
