See below for the latest COVID-19 statistics for Virginia, courtesy of the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA). As you can see, total cases hit 1,419,883, up 12,480 since the Tuesday morning report and up a massive 198,847 over the past 10 days. As for hospitalizations, according to VDH, we’re now at a cumulative 46,627, up 163 from the Tuesday morning statistics (also, VHHA now has hospitalizations at 3,942 – near the highest ever recorded in the pandemic). And deaths are at 15,835, up 13 from the Tuesday morning statistics.
