From DPVA:
Attorney General Miyares and VAGOP Don’t Know What a Plea Deal Is
DPVA offers to pay for the latest edition textbook on plea deals
Richmond, VA – After the recent story in The American Independent uncovered that Attorney General Jason Miyares and his office lied about a plea deal with a pedophile sheriff’s deputy, the Virginia Republican Party and the Office of the Attorney General have shown Virginians that they still don’t understand what a plea deal is.
“Here at the Democratic Party of Virginia we value education and are happy to enlighten the Attorney General and VA GOP on what exactly a plea deal is,” said DPVA Spokesperson Gianni Snidle. “Therefore, on the DPVA’s dime, we are offering to buy Attorney General Miyares and the VAGOP the latest edition of Plea Bargaining, by Nicholas Herman.”
In case you missed it here is the plea deal, which was signed on March 3, 2022 by Dustin Amos and the Assistant Attorney General.
