“When all the votes are in, nearly 50,000 people will have voted in the 8th Congressional District Democratic Primary. That is way more than any of the Republican primaries in Virginia. Who says that Democrats are not fired up to vote this year?”  – Arlington Dems

“Good VPAP reality check to some of the ‘red wave’ hype. Turnout in Virginia’s 2 key GOP primaries wasn’t all that strong.” – Reporter Graham Moomaw

Surely the “mainstream” media will report about the pathetically anemic turnout (e.g., just 7.5% of Youngkin’s 2021 total in VA07; FAR lower turnout in deep-red VA06 than in deep-blue VA08; far higher turnout in deep-blue VA08, despite it being uncompetitive, than in the HIGHLY competitive – with lots of money spent! – VA07 GOP primary; unimpressive turnout by historical standards; etc.) on the Republican side yesterday in Virginia? Wait, is that crickets we hear? Hmmm…
