Here are a few international, national and Virginia news headlines, political and otherwise, for Thursday, September 11 – it’s been 24 years since the day that none of us who lived through it will ever forget. On another topic, it should go without saying that political violence in this country – as in the case of the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk – should NEVER be acceptable, as it’s evil and also antithetical to democracy.
