Good stuff from former Rep. Elaine Luria (D-VA02), ripping the hell out of her pathetic MAGA opponent, the utterly disgraceful Rep. Jen Kiggans (R-VA02). Starting this Friday, voters in VA02 have the golden opportunity to MASSIVELY upgrade their US House representation by replacing Kiggans with Luria; please “make it so!”

Elaine Luria Releases Two Ads Contrasting Her Passage of the PACT Act to Expand Veterans’ Health Care with Jen Kiggans’ Record of Putting Trump Ahead of America’s Veterans

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Former small business owner and 20-year Navy veteran Elaine Luria released “Vet Like Me” and “Burn Pits” today contrasting her record of securing health care and benefits for veterans exposed to burn pits and Agent Orange, with Jen Kiggans’ record of voting with Donald Trump to cut veterans’ services by 22% in Hampton Roads.

“The most important job leaders in Washington have is to serve and take care of the men and women who served our country in uniform,” Elaine said. “As a 20-year Navy veteran, caring for those who served is personal for me. That’s why in Congress I worked with Republicans and Democrats to expand care and benefits to veterans who were exposed to Agent Orange and burn pits while Jen Kiggans voted with Donald Trump to cut veterans’ care. Jen Kiggans can’t be trusted to take care of our veterans, and doesn’t have what it takes to fight for our community.”

Kiggans has said she “couldn’t be a stauncher supporter” of the war and has voted seven times against bipartisan resolutions to end the war or demand the president seek congressional authorization to continue it. In June, Kiggans was caught red-handed scrubbing “parts of her campaign website discussing the cost of gas and the economic struggles of Virginians,” as gas prices soared.
