Here are a few national and Virginia news headlines, political and otherwise, for Sunday, December 18. Also check out SNL’s “Cold Open,” in which Donald Trump receives a surprise visit from his pals Vladimir Putin and ExxonMobil head Rex Tillerson. Very funny, but it points out yet again that the next four years are going to be an absolute nightmare.
