I realize this is not a real diary but I’m confused.
For the past week or so, I’ve seen TV commercials advertising “The Eric Cantor Budget.” The latest one was on Richmond Channel 12 shortly after 11 PM, Tuesday, 10 April.
The commercials feature several (well-dressed, white) people talking about how small businesses create jobs and how “The Eric Cantor Budget” will help small businesses. At the end of the ad, Eric himself pops up and repeats the chant about small businesses, jobs, and his budget.
I’ve Googled and Googled and don’t find any “Eric Cantor Budget.” I do find Cantor’s support for the Paul Ryan Path to Poverty Budget — is this what Cantor is talking about in his teevee ads?
