Pretty funny campaign expenditure by far-right-wing Republican Tom Garrett, the GOP’s nominee for Congress in Virginia’ 5th CD. According to Garrett, “Campaign Supplies” include $60 spent at Red Nails in Richmond, which specializes in nail services, manicures, pedicures, mud mask facials and waxing. Not that there’s anything wrong with any of that, I just find it funny that tough-guy Garrett would a) care about any of this stuff; and b) list it as “Campaign Supplies” on his statement to the Virginia State Board of Elections…
