Here are a few national and Virginia news headlines, political and otherwise, for Tuesday, September 11. I can’t believe it’s been 17 years since that horrible, fateful day in 2001…one those of us who lived through it will of course never forget. Meanwhile, get ready for Hurricane Florence!
