Enviro Groups to Governors Northam, Hogan: “Not So Fast on American Legion Bridge”

It’s kind of hard to find anything inaccurate in this letter to Governors Ralph Northam and Larry Hogan from the Audubon Naturalist Society, Potomac Conservancy and Rock Creek Conservancy.
