It’s kind of hard to find anything inaccurate in this letter to Governors Ralph Northam and Larry Hogan from the Audubon Naturalist Society, Potomac Conservancy and Rock Creek Conservancy. For the Nov. 12th announcement on this by Governors Northam and Hogan, see here. Also, see here for reaction by Stewart Schwartz of the Coalition for Smarter Growth, who says we need “transit-first at American Legion Bridge” and that “more lanes do not relieve connection” but result in “induced demand.”
