As expected, State Sen. Amanda Chase (R)’s “big announcement” is a lawsuit against her Senate colleagues. We’ll see if the court even agrees that Chase has standing. By the way, Chase’s attorney Tim Anderson is a Republican candidate for House of Delegates in HD83, which is currently represented by Del. Nancy Guy (D), who was elected in 2019 by 27 votes over then-incumbent Republican Del. Chris Stolle.
