Any further questions about whether or not Virginia GOP 2021 gubernatorial nominee Glenn Younkin is an all-out Trump Republican? Here’s Youngkin, on right-wing radio (“The Chris Stigall Show”) this past Friday:
Stigall: “I’m curious to know your thoughts about Donald Trump. Do you welcome his support? Would you want his involvement in your statewide race in Virginia?”
Youngkin: “Well I was HONORED to receive his endorsement…early morning after I was nominated as the Republican candidate for governor, I was honored. And President Trump represents so much of why I’m running.”
Case closed; the guy’s a full-on Trump-supporting right wingnut. By the way, gotta love Youngkin’s use of the “President Trump” formulation, as opposed to “former President Trump,” which is also a dead giveaway that a person is a diehard Trump supporter.
