What a treat to welcome President Joe Biden, Governor Ralph Northam, Attorney General Mark Herring, Congressman Don Beyer, Delegate Charniele Herring, Speaker Eileen Filler-Corn, and DPVA Chair Susan Swecker back to Arlington County this afternoon to help elect our Democratic statewide ticket this November!
It is imperative that we elect Terry McAuliffe, Hala Ayala, and Mark Herring to keep our Commonwealth moving forward after the tremendous gains Virginia has made since we took back our statehouse in 2019. Since that time, Democrats have delivered on securing the right to body autonomy, abolishing the death penalty, legalizing cannabis, raising teacher pay, passing the Virginia Clean Economy Act, and perpetuating Virginia’s status as the number one state in the Union to do business.
Everything is on the line this November as the GOP’s well-funded, Trump-endorsed Republican nominee, Glenn Youngkin, is willing and ready to send our Commonwealth back into the dark ages.
Let’s roll up our sleeves and volunteer our time, donate what we can, and most importantly, get ourselves out to the polls in November!
