Tuesday Was “biggest day of early voting so far” with 53k In-Person Votes Cast; Currently 789k Have Voted Early; Dems “banking early-vote lead”

Also, by Congressional District, total early voting (in-person, by-mail, mail ballot applications) now goes like this: VA10 (107,977); VA07 (100,580); VA08 (98,974); VA01 (96,378), VA11 (90,830); VA04 (86,733), VA05 (78,906), VA02 (76,262), VA06 (73,910), VA03 (66,112); VA09 (53,480).

One way to think about D and R early vote weak areas is to look at D 3rd and R 9th district

3rd is African-American plurality in Hampton Roads, barely above 9th with in person although 5K more mail

9th in SW is by far lowest early vote in VA
