Also, by Congressional District, total early voting (in-person, by-mail, mail ballot applications) now goes like this: VA10 (107,977); VA07 (100,580); VA08 (98,974); VA01 (96,378), VA11 (90,830); VA04 (86,733), VA05 (78,906), VA02 (76,262), VA06 (73,910), VA03 (66,112); VA09 (53,480).
