Fairfax Democrats Officially Support Special Elections for House of Delegates in 2022; Chair Says “It’s the right thing to do”

Interesting…there definitely seems to be a growing number of Democratic committees (e.g., see the following press release and resolution, passed last night, by the largest local committee in Virginia – the Fairfax County Democratic Committee) and other groups (e.g., the Virginia NAACP, the Virginia League of Women Voters, the ACLU of Virginia) coming out in support of holding new House of Delegates elections this year. The question is, will it have any effect on the courts, which is where this question will be decided?
