Federal Judge Gives AG Jason Miyares Six Days to File Final Reply to Paul Goldman in Case Arguing for VA House of Delegates Elections This Year

Thanks to Activate Virginia for this excellent summary of where things currently stand in Paul Goldman’s lawsuit attempting to force elections for the Virginia House of Delegates this year. The latest is that Goldman yesterday filed a response to AG Miyares’ “new Motion to Dismiss in Goldman v. Bottom line: it’s already mid-April, and we STILL don’t know if there will be new House of Delegates elections this year, or whether courts will even rule on the merits of the case.
