VIRGINIA BEACH (December 22nd) —Today, Aaron Rouse released a new TV ad “Last Line,” highlighting Aaron’s commitment to serving as the last line of defense for abortion access in Virginia. In the :30-second ad, Rouse promises to never back down when protecting women’s access to abortion, and slams extreme Republicans for attempting to roll back women’s freedoms.
“When I was in the NFL, my job was to be the last line of defense–right now, that’s what we need in Richmond,” said Councilman Aaron Rouse. “Women’s rights are on the line, but I’ll never back down.”
This six-figure ad buy is part of an aggressive outreach strategy to connect with voters across Virginia Beach and Norfolk, and shows that Aaron Rouse is committed to protecting women’s rights across the commonwealth.
“We’ve got less than a month till the end of this special election, and the future of abortion access in Virginia lies in the results of this election,” said campaign manager Ryan Jackson. “Aaron Rouse is a dedicated public servant and will protect women’s rights in the commonwealth. Just like he was in the NFL, he’ll be the last line of defense for women’s freedoms here in Virginia.”
