Sixteen years after the tragic, horrific shootings at Virginia Tech, the 2020-2021 Democratic “trifecta” made some progress in passing gun violence prevention bills. But nationwide, the scourge of gun violence continues or even worsens every year. Why? Simple: because Republicans refuse to act, and if anything work to WEAKEN efforts at curbing gun violence.
