We actually posted about this back on January 31, but good to see others (including DPVA) catching on! 😉 As for VA GOP U.S. Senate candidate Scott Parkinson, you can read more about his extreme/out-there views here, here, here, etc. The scariest thing is that Parkinson isn’t even an outlier in the 2024 VA GOP U.S. Senate field, as he’s joined by other crazies, like Hung Cao (see here, here, here and here for more on him!). Disturbingly, this is just who and what the Trumpified Republican Party is at this point, and the only way to deal with is to soundly defeat it – including by OVERWHELMINGLY reelecting President Joe Biden and Sen. Tim Kaine here in Virginia this November!

American Journal News: Extremist Scott Parkinson Falsely Claims Pedophiles Are Part of LGBTQ Community

Richmond, VA – According to a new shocking report, extremist Scott Parkinson demonized LGBTQ+ people by arguing that the “plus” in LGBTQ+ represented pedophiles.

“Every GOP U.S. Senate candidate and every Virginian who believes in tolerance and fairness needs to condemn Scott Parkinson for his disgusting comments. Quite frankly, I’m not sure what is more upsetting: Parkinson’s stupidity or the hatred in his heart.  He’s so concerned about what MAGA wants that he forgot WWJD—what would Jesus do. Simply put, Scott Parkinson is an embarrassment to Virginia and to all Republicans.” said DPVA Chairwoman Susan Swecker.
