UPDATE: I’m told there’s a strong Democratic candidate, Jane Dittmar, who’s already running in the 5th. Maybe there are/will be others as well. That’s great to hear, as the 5th CD deserves strong representation, not an utter loser and Teabagger like Robert Hurt (biggest downgrade in Congressional history from Perriello to Hurt? quite possibly).
