Here are a few national and Virginia news headlines, political and otherwise, for Saturday, Independence Day, July 4, 2020. This year, of course, we need to declare our independence from a far worse tyrant than King George, namely Donald Trump. And in reference to the superb musical Hamilton, we absolutely must not throw away our shot.
