“Sideshow Bob” Violates Godwin’s Law, Not to Mention Decency and Sanity

So, for everyone out there who says there are “crazies” and “extremists” on “both sides” (note: false dichotomy alert!) politically, please tell me which Democrat in the Virginia General Assembly comes within light-years of Del. Bob Marshall (R-Manassas) in terms of sheer insanity and offensiveness? I mean, you can’t get much worse than this (although Marshall certainly has come close, with his past comments about disabled children, incest, etc.). Yes, ladies and gentlemen, that is today’s Republican Party for you (note that Rep. Frank Wolf is a supporter of Marshall). Also, please remind me when the last time somebody from their side – elected officials, bloggers, whatever – condemned these types of remarks. (cue sound of crickets chirping)
