Caron Nazario.” Among other things: “It appears Officer Gutierrez termination involved other issues than just the traffic stop”; “Mayor Willis admits there were obvious problems with the stop”; “Windsor Police Chief Rodney Riddle talks about the traffic stop that led to the pepper spraying of LT.
