Video: Windsor Mayor, Police Chief Respond to Questions on “viral video stop involving pepper spray of Lt. Caron Nazario”

Great stuff by WAVY-TV10 News reporter Andy Fox regarding “the viral video stop involving pepper spray of LT. Caron Nazario.” Among other things: “It appears Officer Gutierrez termination involved other issues than just the traffic stop”; “Mayor Willis admits there were obvious problems with the stop”; “Windsor Police Chief Rodney Riddle talks about the traffic stop that led to the pepper spraying of LT.
