Good riddance to all of these bills by far-right, insurrectionist State Sen. Amanda Chase (R), all of which were “Passed by Indefinitely” (aka, killed) this morning in the Senate Education and Health Committee. The bills are SB635 (“Public charter schools; applications; review and approval.“); SB711 (“Prescriptions; off-label use.”); and SB710 (“Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act; penalty.”). Let’s just make sure Democrats keep control of the State Senate next year, or bills like this will very likely pass.

GREAT NEWS 🎉
SB 710, the 20-week abortion ban, FAILED in the Senate Education & Health committee.
Our lawmakers are leaving these decisions where they should be – with people, their families, & their doctors. Thank you to those who fought back against this restrictive bill! pic.twitter.com/LhVpHKgbJn
