Amanda Chase (R), all of which were “Passed by Indefinitely” (aka, killed) this morning in the Senate Education and Health Committee. The bills are SB635 (“Public charter schools; applications; review and approval.“); SB711 (“Prescriptions; off-label use.”); and SB710 (“Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act; penalty.”). Let’s just make sure Democrats keep control of the State Senate next year, or bills like this will very likely pass.
