Courtesy of VPAP, see below for graphics showing the latest fundraising totals – and cash on hand – for Virginia’s U.S. House and U.S. Senate candidates. A few highlights include:

  • Sen. Tim Kaine holds a huge lead over Republican challenger Hung Cao in terms of cash-on-hand and also 2Q24 fundraising. Go Kaine!
  • As of 6/30 in VA07 – Eugene Vindman (D) had $2,394,888 in net contributions in June; $2,284,458 cash on hand; Derrick Anderson (R) had $154,614 in net contributions in June; $460,802 cash on hand (although $246,359 in debts owed).
  • As of 6/30 in VA10 – Suhas Subramanyam (D) had $232,228 in net contributions in June; $156,425 cash on hand; Mike Clancy (R) had $42,749 in net contributions in June; $28,300 cash on hand
  • As of 6/30 in VA02 – Republican Rep. Jen Kiggans had net contributions in June of $489,868, cash-on-hand of $2,471,942Democrat Missy Cotter Smasal had net contributions in June of $464,619; cash-on-hand of $584,974
  • In the “red” districts VA01, VA05, VA06 and VA09, it’s not looking good in terms of $$$ for Democrats, unfortunately. Sigh…
