Former Governor and U.S. Senator George Allen (R) once said, “You can tell a lot about people by the folks they stand with,” and for once I’ve got to agree with Allen. In this case, check out the “folks” who VA05 GOP nominee Bob Good “stands with.” In previous episodes, we’ve discussed Good’s support from far-right extremist Sen. Mike Lee, also-extremist Sen. Tom Cotton and Congress’ stupidest (and possibly craziest) member, Rep. Louie Gohmert. Plus, of course, let’s not forget Good’s 10/23 rally with a raging homophobe who also claimed that Beyoncé is an “anti-white racist whose ‘lawlessness’ could bring about the End Times reign of the Antichrist.” Good also has been photographed, maskless of course, with the likes of E.W. Jackson and Ben Carson.
So how could Good possibly top all that?!? A drum roll please, as we introduce…the RUDY GIULIANI endorsement for Bob Good. Seriously, you can’t make it up – an alternate/dystopian reality in which someone actually could think that an endorsement from this guy (“White House was warned Giuliani was target of Russian intelligence operation to feed misinformation to Trump”)…yeah, this guy (“Treasury Department says Ukrainian linked to Rudy Giuliani is ‘Russian agent'”)…yeah, this guy (“Rudy: Only ‘50/50’ Chance I Worked With a ‘Russian Spy’ to Dig Dirt on Bidens and Ukraine”)…and yeah, this guy (“Sacha Baron Cohen character ‘Borat’ mocks Giuliani amid scandal…Giuliani appears to compliment the ‘reporter’ — who is also Borat’s teenage daughter, played by 24-year-old actress Maria Bakalova — and follow her to a bedroom where he is shown reaching into his pants.”). So yes, a perfect fit for self-proclaimed “Biblical Conservative” Bob Good…THIS guy (“Sacha Baron Cohen hits back at Rudy Giuliani over ‘Borat’ scene”)! LOL, you really can’t make this stuff up…but you CAN tell a lot about someone by the folks who stand with them!
