Here are a few national and Virginia news headlines, political and otherwise, for Thursday, January 7 – after one of the most disturbing, craziest days in American history. There needs to be a full accounting – and accountability! – for what happened yesterday, including those who participated in the assault on our democracy, as well as those who encouraged and enabled it.
