Speaking this morning on right-wing radio (where else?), State Senator Amanda Chase – a Republican candidate for governor of Virginia – talked about her assistance to the 2020 VA GOP U.S. Senate nominee Daniel Gade. According to Chase (see below for audio):
“[I’m] helping other people running, helping Daniel Gade run right now for U.S. Senate and coaching him...We’ve been traveling some together, hitting different events across the state…as I’m running for governor, I’m helping our other candidates to make sure that we have victories for President Trump this coming fall…”
Of course, as former Sen. George Allen (R) once said, “You can tell a lot about people by the folks they stand with.” In Daniel Gade’s case, he stands with – and is being “coach[ed]” by – State Sen. Amanda Chase…namely, this person:

So what does it say about Daniel Gade – whose tone, by the way, has been increasingly unhinged in his emails, ranting about Democrats supposedly burning the cities down, blah blah blah. Maybe that’s the Chase “coaching” (gack!) having an impact on him? If so, it’s a strong reason *not* to vote for Gade this November, but instead to turn out in droves to reelect Sen. Mark Warner!
